Yesterday’s unseasonably warm temperatures prompted us to climb in Ten Sleep Canyon for the first time this year. We chose to climb at Dry Wall, low in the canyon, a wall characterized by mostly vertical rock climbs on perfect rock. It was actually way too hot in the sun, resulting in sore skin and feet as we struggled with the unfamiliar heat — but we also realized that we’re not likely to see 80 degrees here in Wyoming again for quite some time, so we stuck it out, regardless.
