It’s STILL snowing in Wyoming (nothing new & different), so I took this opportunity (after some solid days of climbing training) to start teaching myself a new asana (pose), pictured above — Vrschikasana in Pincha Mayurasana, or Scorpion Pose in Forearm Stand. It definitely still needs lots of work, but it’s a start; I have no idea if I’ll ever get those feet to touch my head, but who cares?!
